Terms of Service

1. The service
Invites by R&S lets you design and publish online invitations and collect RSVPs. Designing is free, every new invitation gets a 24-hour free trial publish, and after that you can keep it free with a 5-RSVP cap or upgrade per invitation (Starter €29, Pro €79, White-glove €199; see the pricing page). Prices are in EUR and applicable taxes are added at checkout.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, infringing material, spam or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payments & right of withdrawal
Once an invitation is published it is delivered as a digital service immediately. In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you expressly acknowledge that by publishing you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that invitation.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process it solely to operate the service.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected invitation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which we are established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
